The Fine Print, Nitty Gritty details Free Electronic Seal Policy..
With our free electronic seal purchase our policy is as follows - we provide these free files in an as-is condition, we are in the rubber stamp & seal business not the computer support business. At this time we are not in the IT services business and do not offer free support or paid support on AutoCad, graphics software and or miscellaneous applications. We export these AutoCad files out in a DXF (Drawing eXchange Format) from our graphics production software.
We apologize but we currently DO NOT provide any software/computer support for these files.
At this time we do not export and send DWG files, The difference between the two files is that DWG files or is proprietary to Auto CAD while DXF is an exchange file created for non-Auto CAD applications to write a similar file type. Unlike raster image file types such as TIF and JPG which are compatible with most raster-based programs, vector image file types vary wildly. Any given vector based program will probably have its own unique file type. As a result, there are some programs that cannot import DWG files but can import DXF files.
Electronic Seals or eSeals are sent via email from our production department, typically within one business day after your order is submitted. We do ask that if you have NOTreceived this that you please check yourJUNK / SPAM Mailsince some of these electronic deliveries will end up in the SPAM box. 
We do keep the files on record for a period of time, however if you make an old request we do not have the files on record anymore we will not be able to resend the electronic seals.
